Image Three

Representation of relationships
I chose this image to represent the relationship between nature and manmade as the wall was made by man but the looks of it was also knocked down by man which gave the plants more of an opportunity to grow there and adapt to different living spaces. I think this is a good example because it shows that no matter what man does nature will adapt to survive, I think this is a good example of that because it shows the lengths nature goes to survive.
Formal elements
In the before image the formal elements are limited but still there, for example the use of leading lines is still there but the background is too busy to focus on, so with the crop of the image it helps the eyes and the leading lines. Another formal element used similar to my other images is colour but the after image helps the images stand out whereas the before image the colours are washed out. Texture also has an effect in the image as the wall has a lot of texture involved as well as the leaves on the floor which stands out more in the after image due to the colours being more vibrant.
Compositional elements
The compositional elements involved in the images above are leading lines of the wall, another one would be view point as the image is taken at the view point of the plants which is interesting for the viewers as you can see how the pant sees things which is unusual. Though the depth of field is still there in the image unlike the other images it is not shallow nor deep it is around the middle as you can see behind the plant at the front. The foreground of the image would be where the plants are and the background would be the bricks. There is also the use of triangles within the image where the plants leaves are. I would not say there're rule of thirds in this image.
Photoshop Process
The photoshop process was straight forward and simple, I went onto images and then adjustments and selected curves and made the image little darker so the colours were not washed out as much and became more bold. I then cropped the image to get rid of the busy background and have it focus more on the wall and plants themselves.
